Before he joined Yelp and the digital advertising space, he worked in radio advertising for several years giving him experience in both online and offline marketing. When he’s not at work, he’s enjoying time with his lovely wife, baby boy, and two beloved felines.

Paul Baumgarthuber is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the beauty and aesthetics industry. In his leisure time, he enjoys outdoor activities such as skiing and golfing, as well as spending time with his family.
Emily Hargreaves

Emily Hargreaves is the Senior Director of Digital Marketing and joined First Watch in 2020. In her current role, she focuses the marketing team on platform and program innovation that enables their restaurants to better serve guests. Previously, Emily focused her career on scaling early to mid-stage Food/Tech startups, including Plated and Uber Eats. Emily received her Bachelor’s Degree and completed a graduate program in Editing and Publishing from Florida State University.
