It supports restaurant staff by reducing the need to take calls and providing a great guest experience.
Is my business eligible for Yelp Host?
Yelp Host is available for table-service restaurants with a claimed Yelp business listing. Counter-service only restaurants and other businesses may be eligible for Yelp Receptionist instead.
How much does Yelp Host cost?
Yelp Host is $149 for up to 500 calls per month, or only $99 per month for customers with an active Yelp Guest Manager subscription. Calls over 500 each month are charged at $0.25 per call.
Is there a limit to how many calls Yelp Host can take each month?
Yelp Host base pricing includes up to 500 calls per month. After 500 calls, $0.25 per call will be charged.
Can Yelp Host transfer calls to a human?
Yes, if Yelp Host is unable to answer a guest’s question or the guest requests to be transferred, it can transfer the call to a designated number set in your Yelp for Business account.
Can I customize Yelp Host on new information or my specific needs?
Yes, styling, name, greeting, personas, and frequently asked questions are all customizable.
Does Yelp Host only answer calls from Yelp?
No, Yelp Host can answer any call made to the dedicated Yelp Host number, no matter where you publish it.
Can I customize Yelp Host's voice and responses?
Yes, the following features are all customizable:

How does Yelp Host handle spam calls?
Spam is defined as any unsolicited, irrelevant, or fraudulent call (e.g., telemarketing, robocalls, scam, wrong numbers). Spam is filtered and excluded from usage and billing, and it does not count towards the 500-call-per-month limit.
