How to add another user to your Yelp for Business account

When you’re a local business owner, your to-do list never ends and there never seems like enough time in the day to get it all done. To get help managing your Yelp Business Page, you can grant access to your Yelp for Business account to other members of your team. Adding users to your account is free, quick, and easy. Share tasks like uploading photos, updating operating hours, responding to reviews, and more.
How to add a user to your Yelp for Business account
- Go to Account Settings
- Click User Management in the left navigation menu (if this option is not available, you’ll need to complete the form on this share access request page to invite a new user)
- Click Invite a User
- Provide the new user’s email address; this is where we will send their invitation to manage the page
- Select the business and business location(s) for which they need access
- Click Send Invite
To access the business page, the new user must click Accept Invitation in the email they receive from Yelp.
Once users accept your invite, they’ll receive the same access as you to any selected business page. For example, they’ll be able to change business information, purchase ads with existing payment information or change payment information, and grant other users the same access to the business page that you have.
